Memberships
Membership Approval Process
At Women Funding Women, we are committed to fostering a supportive and empowering community for women entrepreneurs. All applications are reviewed to ensure alignment with our mission and community values. Upon signing up, your application will be processed, and the membership fee will be charged.
Review Process:

Your application will be reviewed within 10 business days.

If for any reason we are unable to accept your membership, we will notify you and refund your membership fee in full within 10 business days of the decision.
Membership Terms & Conditions
Membership Dues & Refund Policy
Members are billed on a recurring basis according to their chosen plan (monthly or annually). NOTE: Membership dues are non-refundable. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, members must cancel their membership before the current cycle ends.
Membership Pause Policy: Members may pause their membership for up to 3 billing cycles per year. During the pause, billing will be suspended, and access to member-exclusive benefits will be limited. Membership will automatically resume after the pause period, unless otherwise requested by the member.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Timing: Members may cancel their membership at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

Grant Determination & Eligibility
In-Network Grant Process
At Women Funding Women, we streamline the grant process for our members to make accessing financial support easier. Your membership application serves as your grant application for our in-network grants. There is no separate grant application required for members. Each quarter, we select five member applications as finalists for the in-network grant. Visionary Members then have the opportunity to vote on which business owner will receive the grant from the selected finalists.
Community Grant
Our annual Community Grant is open to all women in business residing in the United States, including non-members. To apply for the Community Grant, there is a $5 non-refundable application fee. This grant is designed to support women entrepreneurs in advancing their business goals.
Grant Usage & Reporting
Recipients of the grant are expected to use the funds according to the guidelines outlined in the grant agreement. Recipients must report their spending by providing records of purchases, receipts, and a summary report detailing how the funds were utilized to support their business.
Grant Eligibility for Members
If a member is awarded an in-network grant, they will be ineligible to receive another in-network grant for one year from the date of their last award. However, no new registration is necessary for future eligibility. We will contact selected finalists to update their information as needed.
Membership & Grant Eligibility
Members who choose to opt out of their membership due to grant ineligibility will forfeit the opportunity to re-register for membership and will also be ineligible to apply for the annual Community Grant. This ensures fairness and opportunity for all members and applicants.
Non-Members & the Community Grant
Non-members must complete a separate application for the Community Grant. Applications are reviewed quarterly, and those not selected will be archived after the annual grant has been awarded. Non-members are encouraged to reapply during subsequent grant cycles.
