For those who aren't familiar with Lori Harvey she is the (adoptive) daughter of comedian, actor, and author Steve Harvey, a professional model, and she recently added the title of beauty entrepreneur to her arsenal in October 2021 by founding the immediately successful skincare brand SKN by LH. Despite the major moves she's been making in the beauty industry, Lori has been trending lately for other reasons.
First, Lori and her then beaux Michael B. Jordan has a somewhat messy split. Short version: They seemed happy. Michael was smitten! He proposed to Lori and momma turned him down. So, in June of 2022 after a year of picture-perfect PDA the two called it quits. Hearts broke for Michael across the world. Some people (mainly men) felt Lori was the villain in this fairy tale. She chose not to get married right now for her own personal reasons and that's perfectly fine with us and really nobody business. Still, "aww Michael." Right?
Fast forward to January 2023 and our new beauty boss, Lori, is back in the headlines! But this time with another handsome heart-throb celebrity. The thing is...this particular celebrity seems to have had some sort of a personal connection to Lori's ex, Michael.
Snowfall star, Damson Idris and Lori Harvey have allegedly made it public that they are now an item. America is clutching its pearls because Michael and Damson seemed to be ...friends? Not sure. But they have a few photos together where they're in close proximity. Like the one below where they're practically holding hands.
So, one would assume that they were atleast associates. But, that is obviously of no importance in Hollywood as you can see from Mr. Idris' IG story (on the left). Which looks pretty posed and unimpressive compared to the chemistry captured in her photos with Michael.
Hear me out! While I understand things are not always as they appear... it is also true that sometimes you can't hide what is. Take a look at the photo of Damson and Lori from Damson's IG. Cute. Shocking AF, sure. Never would've saw that coming. But as shocking as it is it doesn't look like love and passion to me. Now, look at the photos of Lori and Michael below.
The intimacy! The love. I'm honestly shocked Lori made it out of there without having that man's baby from the chemistry in their photos. That doesn't change the fact that this girl boss is indeed cuddled up with an associate of Michael's. Our hearts break for him a second time! We checked on him, and his Instagram page has been completely dedicated to his upcoming film "Creed III" which will be released March 3rd, 2023. Hopefully, he's able to focus on positive things and keep his nose out of the media until this dies down. Whether the picture is cute and staged or not, I'm sure it stings.
