The Mommy and mogul has been through a particularly public and painful divorce to ex billionaire Kanye West.
The power couple was married in 2014 and the divorce was finalized some time in November of 2022 with the rapper formerly known as Kanye West agreeing to pay her $200,000 a month in child support, court documents show. While Kim admits this was her first "real" marriage, Kanye seemed to move on just fine with reports surfacing with claims Ye has tied the knot again, just two months after their divorce. The nuptial allegations involve Bianca Censori who is from Melbourne, Australia, is said to be a jewelry designer and architectural designer and has been working for the Yeezy brand since November 2020. And, if you thought the thought, "She sure resembles Kim." So did everyone else.
The pair was spotted wearing what appeared to be wedding bands while having lunch in Beverly Hills this week. The rapper also paid tribute to Bianca last month by releasing the track "Censori Overload", which is obviously a play on her surname. In that same song Ye claimed that he was celibate before tying the knot, singing: "And the Bible said, I can’t have any more sex til marriage." As far as Kanye's tendency to overshare goes, I guess that wasn't too bad.
The question is, how is Kim doing? Well, the Skims founder took to IG on Thursday after reports of Ye's marriage were undoubtedly swirling around her mansion, to say
"I'm really in my quiet girl era, I don't have much to say. Just much to do."
Although this post has been since deleted, and other cryptic posts have been thrown around since the news broke, they all point to Kim K being over the publicity and drama surrounding her marriage that has kept her in the headlines for the last couple of years.
It also sounds like Kim plans to turn this pain into paper! And what better way to heal than to get in your bag.
It's unfortunate that things turned out this way, and we wish both sided of the couple formerly known as KimYe the best.
